These homes look pretty nice, but who would buy them? Who, able to afford a 3.85 million dollar home (formerly 4.625 mil), would choose to live in this area?

FYI, this home does not even exist. The piece of land has been vacant forever due to difficulties in clearing the rocks. This home is just a rendering of a current architectural plan which is part of the land sale of the plot. That being said, the neighborhood is awesome!!!!!
