I think that the unit has been on an off the market since 2006 is probably the most important history

London Terrace is one of the few coops which have actually undertaken Pullman Evictions.

It's very strange that the first picture of this $6m listing is that of a totally average bedroom? Why not use a photo of the expansive living area? If i were in the market for a $6m apartment I definitely would not click on this one!
