Contractor will do following: prime and paint full interior of home, couple different colors (note: there are moldings). den room is currently paneled, will Sheetrock/paint over full room. repair ceiling Sheetrock in a room. paint small amount on porch. swap a couple of interior light fixtures. swap some light switches for dimmer/timers. install 3 new (accessible from attic - already some in room) recessed lighting fixtures. repair closet sliding door track.
