Discussion about
Does anyone know which major banks lend to non-resident aliens? It will be a pied a terre for the non-resident and permanent residence for the co-purchaser, who is a green card holder.

HSBC is well known for this. Are you asking for yourself or are you an agent asking on behalf of a client? Which country?

Check out the banks in Flushing. HSBC but also other swill do this for foreign passport holders but at interest rates and lower LTV's. But green card holders should be treated the same as citizens so that is a big plus.

I as a mortgage broker have several lenders who would consider financing for this purchase. No charge to apply. I can prequalify of course at no charge.
