For the TLDR crowd: In this decision most to the claims by plaintiff (tenant) were dismissed, and the addition of counterclaims for unpaid rent by landlord were allowed.

Migdal and the supers of his buildings use varied and many forms of harassment to remove tenants. The ruling was against the tenant because the tenant moved out. The take-away is, tenants, don't let him scare/evict you. Then you will have little recourse.
