Discussion about Zeckendorf Towers at 1 Irving Place in Gramercy Park

Is there one specific tower in the buildings that goes directly to your floor - where you don't have to switch elevators on the the seventh floor? Thanks for any info.

No. I got in a little bit of trouble over this about 30 years ago. 7 days Magazine had a weekly Real Estate column and often called me for quotes. When they did an article about Zeckendorf Towers the quote was something like "It's a good thing I moved into Manhattan. Now it's only a half hour commute to the lobby". Arthur Zeckendorf called my boss and complained about it.
