investing in coops that owe back taxes. Kind of a no brainier but how do these types of sales usually go down. How much is a unit worth in a building that has poor financials down to not making tax payments?

Stay away! Non payment of taxes suggests that some shareholders are not paying their maintenance and your maintenance will go up to pay taxes. Unless you have the expertise to analyze all this, it is not for you.

How much is a Coop unit worth if the building gets foreclosed on?
