I can't tell if this is a studio based on the photos and square footage. Is there a floorplan?

It's a studio. The window end of the room was walled off to make a sort-of-bedroom. There's a plan in one of the older listings.

I always wonder why no floor plan on some listings? It makes it very difficult to understand what's being offered!

No floor-plan generally means something about it sucks, and they're trying to hide that fact.

You can look up floorplan under the building in streeteasy.
