Definition of INSANITY: $2,263 per sq ft for this very average apt, with no views and no sunlight, which is really a 1 bedroom given it's approx 650 sq ft of "livable" square footage. If anyone pays more than the $1.6 million it sold for in recent years, they are idiots.

Sellers very slowly moving down to $1.6’ish million reality of what this seek apt is worth. The Harrison is another pathetic Related building that sucks clueless buyers in with tiny, cookie-cutter, viewless apts at exhorbitantly high prices.
