Discussion about 20 Clinton Street #3D
Is there any specific issue with this unit? the price per sqf seems to be lower than other units. Is the unit back in the market? saw it was taken out of the list few weeks ago and now back again. Thank you.

I can't speak for anyone else, but personally I really hate having to walk THRU the kitchen to get to the rest of the apartment.

Agreed. Not that I think the former floorplan was anything special (see 5D or 6D for example), but at least guests didn't get a tour of your appliances and pottery every time they came over. How long is the craze for open kitchens going to last?
