Discussion about 52 East 13th Street in Greenwich Village
This building is infested with mice and roaches. I successfully reported the unsafe, unhealthy living conditions in this building to the city. The management does not maintain the property to city standards and it's decaying, that's why the prices are uncharacteristically low for the neighborhood. avoid living here or in any building managed by Topaz Realty at ALL costs
