Discussion about 1276 De Kalb Avenue #2A
What do you think of something like this as a 10 year investment idea (rent out)? $885 per ft² and under 500 feet from the subway. My only concern is that it's a bit more expensive than I'd like because it's not the smallest 1br so there is more square footage to pay for.

I think it is certainly on the smaller size to just adequate for a 1 bedroom but not tiny.
