Supposedly a condo is going up there. Did you ever wonder why there are a number of apartments for sale in 2166 Broadway? It has something to do with all of the construction that is occurring and that will occur over the next couple years.

A definite welcome change to that location; I may have to rely on Zip cars parked throughout the city if all those car rental places go bye bye. I hope they at least power wash or clean up that hotel/bar place in the corner, The amsterdam Inc.?
