And the article itself seems to have some major errors as the last two descriptions are the same. Perhaps it is just my phone playing tricks on me.

Any color on concessions and price declines on all the new developments on the west side highway? Chelsea and down?

I'm waiting for a price drop below preferably $1,800 PPSF to even consider.
