Beware of Anya Levitov, THE most dishonest person one can find in the Industry. She misleads the public and every client she can, her attitude is to take advantage of people keeping them hostage of the Rentals, the apartment 10D is rented only for short term leases, as no one wishes to renew, after experiencing the true reality there in. Furniture is of the worse quality, and sometimes only there to show, it's broken, then she doesn't replace it. It's A TRUE CHAOS- even maintenance of basic requirements, like shower w/ not enough pressure- she just ignores, like there is no responsibility.
