Discussion about 115 Central Park West PH31-33CD
Fantastic architecture and common areas, but the bedrooms seem like an after thought and are very cramped and tiny. The MBR is in an awkward location right off of the kitchen and far from the other bedrooms and is also very small...

Bedrooms would have been fine for a normal luxury 4 bed room apartment in $5mm range but at $25mm...

Guests walk off the middle level elevator, take off their coat, and hang it where? Or does the maid spirit it away to the storage space off the dining room? Or are you supposed to enter on the lower (BR) level, and walk up to the LR? Not a very elegant separation of public and private space for $24m. I do like lots of the finishes though.

A lot of the price is "to own a penthouse in The Majestic".
