Discussion about 425 Third Avenue in Kips Bay
I lived here and noticed the smell of pot in the hallways sometimes (don't recall about the elevators... maybe) but I never smelled cigarette smoke or pot in my apartment. I thought the apartments and finishes were very nice but expensive and not worth it for the VERY small apartments. Also, you could hear your neighbors through the walls. And living across the street from the bar means the occasional loser can't handle his drinking and pukes outside somewhere. Amateurs.
