It never ceases to amaze me why people insist on showing properties jammed with tacky clutter. Does anyone think a buyer's gonna walk in and be enamored of some obscene collection of dust-catchers and rip-farts? At the very least, box up the creepy dolls and endless VHS tapes and take down some of that junky 'art'.

It's for sale by owner. Perhaps a broker would have staged it.
