Buildings that allow 10% down?

I posted about this a couple of weeks ago, and the post was not allowed to be posted by Street Easy. When I asked why, Street Easy asked me to re-post. I'm hoping this one is posted because I would very much like some insight if anyone has any. Is there a way for me to find out which co-ops in Queens allow 10% down payment? We are close to beginning a search for our first purchase and would like to use our time as efficiently as possible by being as educated as possible beforehand. Thanks so much.
