Walk up. Some brokers still hope to get away with not mentioning essential features/disadvantages, and inconveniencing people for it. You have to wonder...

I've been to the building, and it has an elevator. Listing also indicates "Elevator".

While they are at it, might as well chop up the living room and make it a 4br. You have only one bathroom, why all the slice and dice ?

It was not chopped up. It was built as a 3 BR unit over 100 years ago.

Maybe they should mkt it as a tenement from the 1800's w a bonus bathroom that is not in the hallway.

There were are only a small handful of 7 story walk-ups in all of Manhattan.
