$1127 in maintenance. Really!! Wonder if there is any penalty for brokers for misstating the basic verifiable info?

From what I can see the monthly taxes should be a hair over $3,000 and CC a bit over $2,100? That's a very rough guess. But that would put the total at just over $2 PSF so I think it passes the reasonableness test.

That is probably what it is but not sure why this broker is misstating common charges. Are there no penalties for that?
