Jesus, every time I see an apt listing from The Harrison, I just have to laugh out loud. This building is well know for putting 2 bedrooms in the space of a typical 1 bedroom and then ask for $ per sq ft comparable to new, "real" luxe buildings. This piece of sh*t apt is asking $2,500/sq ft? In what reality is that? This place is worth around $1,800/sq ft or so which means that the $2.5+ million price needs to come down by around $700,000. Dream on, baby.
