Hello I would like to know ,what should I do to get my deposit back. Since we went out the apartment,no more contact from the agency(worldwide.com LLC) Send 20 mails,went to the adress(po box) I just want my money back, I do not know what to do Thank you for any help

is this for a purchase? Or for a rental?

Ok I'm re-reading this and realize you must be talking about a rental security deposit. The NY attorney general's office can help. Here's a link to the relevant info on their site: https://ag.ny.gov/consumer-frauds/housing-issues
