$5 million is DreamLand for this apartment. I remember seeing this place after the building was built, around '07. I was shocked by the lack of any natural light; that most/all of the windows face a building 15 feet away; ugly finishes in bathroom and kitchen. The livable space in this apt is also much, much less than the reported 2,300 sq ft. Another DreamLand. Try 1,500 sq ft. This place should sell for around $3.75 max.
