Does any one know how to get the latest RPIE report for a particular rental building? I am guessing one of the city websites has it. I remember seeing a feature on Property Shark but I am not a subscriber any more. Thank you. http://www1.nyc.gov/site/finance/taxes/property-rpie.page

A commercial real estate appraiser would know. They access this info to find comparable cap rates and GIM's.
