Good sign even though many more than 29 contracts are needed to absorb the ultra-luxury supply. I guess that would happen when prices are lowered.

The tough part of drawing conclusions from this report is that we don't know the prices in the actual contracts. It's a good sign for brokers, I suppose. Not necessarily for buyers nor sellers - we just don't know.

Sales are always a good thing as it suggests that market price is being discovered by buyers and sellers.
