Renter beware, this building is half hotel (4-9) and half residence, mgmt. of building signed a contract with city to house homeless (single men) on the hotel floors. Building is poorly built, elevators break down all the time, if you still want to rent here, just make sure you ask for a good rate and be ok with potentially unsafe elvators.
