Rental at 357 Sterling Place

This building is in an excellent location! That being said, since living here (for nearly two years) we've had several packages and two bikes get stolen. The bikes were locked up within the first gate surrounding the apartment. Several of the tenants who have a close relationship with the landlords are very loud, specifically during early morning and late night hours. We have reached out to the Landlords regarding these issues, however, so far, nothing has been done to resolve these issues. Again, this is a great area, dare I say, the best neighborhood in Brooklyn? BUT, BE WARNED: thievery is a common theme in this building.
