I think closing letters have gone out to some folks, but according to DOB BIS, no TCO has been issued yet. have you gotten a closing letter?
We were supposed to close the middle of Dec but since there was no TCO at the time, closing was postponed. TCO has since been obtained dated 12/22 so now it's wait and see.....
Saw the TCO just before the holidays. We've been able to schedule an appraisal for our unit, but the developers and their lawyers have, frustratingly, not seen fit to get us an estimated closing date. Wait and see, indeed!
You should have someone knowledgeable on construction to accompany you to the inspection of your unit.
My closing got adjourned just right before the scheduled day because of some issues on mechanics liens. How is everyone doing?

According to ACRIS, there has only been one closing in the building so far. That happened on 12/28. Did they give you a new date?
we are waiting for the sponsor to schedule for the 2nd inspection.
