I am surprised it has not sold yet. Seems very reasonably priced.

Looks claustrophobia-inducing and bars on the windows certainly don't help...

I think the bars at the back can be easily removed. The front windows seemed very nice and the front feels as good as a grand townhouse parlor floor. It is only $900 a sq ft with renovated kitchen. That is why I am puzzled.
