Bizarre and very poorly positioned windows in 2 of the bedrooms facing North mean that this apt was originally a 2 BR, which the owners converted to 4 BR. Master BR does not have its own en-suite bathroom. Mediocre bldg, low floor apt. All this means this apt is priced way too high at $3 million. $2.2 max is where it should sell.
It's two combined Apartments.
Nothing is good enough and I want 2009 prices.
And then when prices come down to 2009 levels what will you want?
Another 20% lower otherwise I would have bought in 2009.
I am also waiting for spx to come down to recession levels as that is where I think it should be.
