Bizarre and very poorly positioned windows in 2 of the bedrooms facing North mean that this apt was originally a 2 BR, which the owners converted to 4 BR. Master BR does not have its own en-suite bathroom. Mediocre bldg, low floor apt. All this means this apt is priced way too high at $3 million. $2.2 max is where it should sell.
It sold for $2.995M in 2014. It's not an original 2 bedroom, but a combination of two 1-bedrooms. If you look at the other G and H floorplans you'll see that they converted the living space of one of those (kitchen/dining/living) into 2 bedrooms.
Ethan, Why do not you buy this? For this vintage, the stated square footage is close to actual. Or do you only want UWS new development or recent top-end reno?
