Bulk Condo Sale Example?

https://streeteasy.com/closing/10534562 Not sure if it is related party transaction. It seems that it took a while for the developer to do bulk sale. Very nice finishes but you can not change the 60s bones and ceiling heights.

Not a related party transaction - this was the bulk sale of regulated units to James Development that closed at the end of the year: https://therealdeal.com/2017/12/15/james-development-scoops-up-72-units-at-manhattan-house/

Pretty sure there is still market-rate inventory available, but I haven't brought a client there in a few months.
