Discussion about 403 East 62nd Street #11B
My gosh - I know I left NYC a few years ago. But less than 700 sq ft on a grimy midtown block far from mass transit for over $900K? I know it is a condo, but the monthlies are no better than average. Does a sleek reno in a nothing special building east of First Ave really command this kind of cash??

It meets all the legal standards of a one bed room and all floor plans of similar units are 1 bed rooms. Listed sq footage seems correct too as per the previous recorded sale. Fair price is anyone’s guess.
