Discussion about
I bought a coop in Westchester county thinking it would be a great home for me and my family and it turns out that that my neighbors who are long time residents and got their apt for free are neighbors from hell. I want out of here! I want to know if I can put my apt up for sale.

Wow ... sorry to hear that! Of course you can put your apartment up for sale. Question is what kind of services are you looking for (full service? self service where you do the showings?) and what are you looking to pay?

If you're the enterprising type who's willing to pull up their sleeves and do showings yourself, you can actually save all of the broker fees (normally 6% of the sale price) through an Agent Assisted FSBO (aka flat fee MLS).

Since you're in Westchester, you'll need to be on the HGMLS: https://www.hauseit.com/hudson-gateway-flat-fee-mls/

When are you looking to put it on the market?

Tomas, of course you can put your apartment up for sale!

There are multiple options available these days without having to pay 6% in Westchester. Hauseit is a popular one and I believe is indeed available in Westchester County NY
