Discussion about 3 Lincoln Center #42G
Are the moving fees in this building actually as high as others have posted i.e. $1800/2 bedroom??

Don't know, but if they were that high not sure why anyone would agree to pay them given the glut of luxury rental inventory and the concessions LLs are being forced to make as a result.

Not just the moving fees. Also the other things like requiring the tenant to pay for a background check (from one of two companies) that cost, if I remember correctly, about $500. Also, an unbelievably extensive application. (pages and pages).
