Newcomer: Can't speak to the building but it looks like your typical 1960's red brick building. I will say the block looks pleasant, quiet and upscale, and it's closer to 1st Avenue than your previous query regarding East 55th St, and that's a good thing. Specifics about the building you'll have to get from the brokers, board, managing agent and any other info you can get off the internet. Best of luck.
