building at 572 Fifth Avenue

I am a current tenant. The apartment has been freezing all winter. I have called 311 about the 33-55 degree temperature in my apartment (with space heater on) for the past 5 weeks. The management company has not compensated me in rent or provided a new heater. The Super and maintenance guy have told me the heaters in the building are "cheap," "not good," and "not strong enough for these apartments." Be prepared to spend a ton of money on electricity costs for multiple space heaters - all the other tenants use multiple space heaters and have also called 311 about the heat. Management has done nothing.
