So, this apartment has been on the market for over 2 years. Seems that the seller's price is unreasonable regarding price for this sized unit, considering that other units in the building sell for significantly less.

Combining units are tricky, often resulting in poor layouts and high maintenance charges.

Similar apartment on the 4th floor seems to have sold for $2,150,000 about a year ago?

"three spacious bedrooms" my ass. That middle 'bedroom' is ridiculous.

As is that big pillar in the middle of the master bedroom. Fine only if you need a place to attach one end of your hammock.
