Discussion about 250 West 90th Street in Upper West Side
Love this building, but it's tough to be a renter here, esp with an absentee landlord. Doormen our lovely but repairs are only made when owner asks for them, and owner lives overseas. The result is that our unit is in constant disrepair. Advice?
