Discussion about 253 West 73rd Street #3BC
Would this listing be considered simply misleading or would it be false/illegal advertising. I am referring to it being listed as a 4 BR when it has 2 "sleeping areas" that are not legal bedrooms.

They shouldn't even list those alcoves as 'sleeping areas' as by law a sleeping area must have a window. At best they could be perhaps be called offices or studies.

I lived in this building for ~10 years.
Nice building, great staff.
However due to the history of the building, specifically that it didn’t originate as apartments.. the apartments are sliced up/re-combined in weird ways.
Lots of 2BRs that are really studios, 4BRs that are really 2BR.. etc.
People need to look at floor plans.
