Check out the price and listing history for this Rushmore unit. What an incredible waste of money.

He hit more or less the bottom in 2010 with his purchase. 2017 is likely a transfer to LLC rather than a true sale.

Agree. This apt. may be some combination of an aspirational listing, an unmotivated seller and a ridiculously over the top renovation. A perfect storm?
