Discussion about
I was wondering how people view apartments on Broome street. Is the traffic a big negative? Is it that noisy? Obviously, the traffic is only during certain hours. You also get better light since the street is so wide. Wondering if you think it hard to sell on Broome or if you would steer buyers away from living on Broome. Let’s assume living room faces Broome but bedrooms do not. Thanks

All I know is I once looked at a coop at Broome and West Broadway and have never seen worse traffic, at least in front of a residential building.

Able, Imagine walking out of your apartment into holland tunnel traffic. In my mind, the discount is not as big as on Broadway in Soho but there is a discount (perhaps 10- 15%) relative to say West Broadway due to traffic.
