Discussion about 150 Columbus Avenue #21F
Sales price needs to drop by at least $500,00; probably $750,000+. This is a very mediocre apt. Yes, it's on the 21st floor but the views are not good, facing North + other high rises very close by. The living room looks very small. Everything is dated which means hundreds of thousands to renovate.

23F sold for $4M+ 2 years ago, it's in better shape, but $3.6M for 21F doesn't seem so unreasonable.
