Do nightclubs hurt property values?

This seems soho house type members club. So do not think will have an impact. This area is already busy and part commercial.

There is a strip club near the High Line and it did not stop families from buying condos on the same block even when the club was in the path of children walking to school.

Pretty sure its Scores. But neighborhood needs another one appparently.

I think strip clubs do hurt the property values but usually it is a small difference as they tend to be discreet assuming there is no line. Clubs with a big line outside definitely hurt the property value on the block.
