Discussion about 220 North 10th Street in Williamsburg
To future renters beware...there is a lot of construction in the area (Bedford Ave & Driggs) due to prework leading up to impending L train shutdown. And there is full gut and rebuild of an adjacent building that leads to a lot of construction workers yelling and hammering from 7 AM - 6 PM (which is the allowed time for construction work by the city). Take note of these inconveniences before you decide to move in.
