Discussion about River & Warren at 212 Warren Street in Battery Park City

Would someone comment on the floors/walls and whether they are thick enough not to hear any other residents/music playing from other homes, etc.? Also would like to know how loud the air/heating system is when in use in summer or winter... I have serious sleep issues. My partner is considering buying in this apartment but we just can't tell how the sound is like.
