Electric Heating Costs

I'm looking to buy this apartment in NYC and it includes a free standing A/C and electrical unit. I asked the realtor and they confirmed that while common charges include water, heat will not be included. Does anyone have recent ballpark numbers for electrical heating and A/C for a 600 sq ft condo? The development is new and electricity is through ConEd. I really like the place but I'm wary of how much the common charges would hike up and whether the electricity would add a significant amount to my monthly bill. They will be using gas for the kitchen.
