Another tiny, tiny, tiny, cookie cutter apt from Related. The initial buyers way overpay and then they expect future buyers to also overpay. $2,250 per sq ft for this drek, which has the square footage of a large 1 bedroom, is beyond insane. Anyone paying more than $2 mill MAX will regret it once it comes time for them to sell.
