Depressing.....

This apt is one of the most depressing I've seen in a very long time, surely driven by the very drab and unattractive interior which would require many hundred of thousands to fix. Another factor relates to the windows from very nearby apts which face the interior of this apt. Does anyone really want a bedroom which is feet away from the window of another apt? Insane. Which is what one would have to be to pay more than $2 mill MAX for this place.

The dropped ceilings in an already vertically-challenged space don't help. Plus how odd to have a substantial terrace located off the bedrooms, with no access from the entertaining space. That just doesn't really work.
